Short Bio
Inspired by continual time spent in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park with family, Kimmy often uses nature elements as subject matter in her pieces. A varied portfolio including glass, canvas, wood, metal, and fabric offers multiple unique perspectives of work. Kimmy is currently using her experience with Bipolar 1 and Generalized Anxiety Disorder as inspiration for the ongoing Bipolar Butterfly Project. Hoping to raise awareness and open a comfortable dialogue for people to address mental health with interactive, public art installations.
